Motorcycle intermediary Carole Nash has declared its decision to invest £500,000 in a new training centre as a success after 135 staff completed the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC).
The firm recently launched the training initiative to pre-empt an anticipated move by the FSA, which is expected to require all insurance staff to hold IFC qualifications.
Carole Nash's head of product development, Nick Baker said: "We want to provide the highest quality training for two inter-related reasons.
"Firstly to ensure we offer consistently excellent customer service and secondly to enable our employees to achieve their potential and further their career with Carole Nash. We are very keen to recruit and retain the most able staff in order to maintain our policy of promoting from within."
