Mikael Tannerskog appointed as senior forensic accountatn

Charles Taylor Adjusting has appointed Mikael Tannerskog a senior forensic accountant to support its growing global property, business interruption, financial institutions and crime-claims practice.

Tannerskog joins the non-marine division at a time when insurers and reinsurers are increasingly concerned about fraudulent or inflated claims.

Tannerskog, who speaks five languages including Mandarin Chinese, was previously with a well-known London forensic accounting firm, where he gained experience with a wide range of insurance claims. He has a specialist knowledge of the Scandinavian market.

“Mikael's arrival provides us with a key additional skill-set on our large and complex claims and reinforces our desire to provide the highest levels of expertise to the adjustment of our clients’ claims,” said non-marine managing director, Andrew Jackson..

Charles Taylor Adjusting is based in London and has a global network of more than 50 offices.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
