This latest photo special pulls together a selection of snaps from Insurance Times' claims clinic events.

The claims clinics, which are held at the London conference venue, Vinopolis, have attracted a number of industry figures from the claims sector.

The panel at the first clinic, which hosted lively debate about how technology and supply chains could speed up the claims process, included Sarah Adams of Ordnance Survey, Neal Courtney of Belfor, Graham Jackson of IBM and Catherine Stagg-Macey of Celent.

The second event, focusing on personal injury claims, included panellists Stephen Roberts, head of UK claims for Brit Insurance; Alan Jacobs, insurance partner at DLA Piper; Donna Scully, a partner with Carpenters Solicitors and vice-chairwoman of the Motor Accidents Solicitors Society (MASS); and Harry Brunjes, chairman of Premier Medical Group.

The third and latest claims clinic to be held tackled the thorny issue of climate change. The panellists uncluded Alan Hewitt, human capital management partner, IBM Global Business Solutions; Paul Jaffe, claims and underwriting counsel, Catlin; Swenja Surminski, policy adviser on climate change, ABI; Trevor Maynard, manager of emerging risks, Lloyd's and Neal Courtney, managing director, BELFOR.
