Conference is fashion sense

Being a stylish sort, Backchat's eyes lit up at the mention of Fashion Week. But on discovering the exact phrase overheard was "Insurance Week, like Fashion Week", the interest turned to amusement.

Amid rumblings about combining the CII and Biba conferences, some executives are proposing Insurance Week, in which each trade body has its own day-long conference. But how much like Fashion Week could it be? The idea of the great and the good parading the catwalk in lingerie is too much to bear.
