Congregational & General has appointed Direct Line Insurance director Keith Charlton as its new managing director.
Charlton will take up the post on 1 May when current managing director David Collett retires.
Collett said: "The board are very delighted with Keith's breadth of experience and expertise in leading other organisations to great success is joining Congregational."
Charlton added: "I am very delighted at joining C&G and leading the company to achieving its very ambitious growth plans over the next five years."
