Cunningham Lindsey has formed a group to chase new business under the leadership of commercial lines director Gary Chambers.
Chambers, whose new title is strategic business development director, changed role earlier this month and is putting together a business development team.
Phil McNeilage, who is Cunningham Lindsey's personal lines director, takes over commercial lines as well as becoming operations director.
The two field forces will also be merged. No offices will close.
A spokesman said that up to ten jobs could go, but also stated that the company would be looking to redeploy any displaced personnel.
