New service launched

DAC Beachcroft and Innovation Group have teamed up to supply a new motor claims handling service.

Innovation Group will provide first notification of loss (FNOL) and repair management services, while DAC Beachcroft’s motor claims team will handle the claims. The two organisations will tender jointly to secure new claims handling work.

DAC Beachcroft director of strategic programmes Chris Charles said: “Although this is early days, we are confident that being able to offer a more integrated claims handling solution for clients will give us a competitive advantage in a marketplace where demands are constantly changing. Innovation Group is a highly respected and experienced supplier of FNOL services and we’re looking forward to working with them on future bids.”
