Loss adjuster the Davies Group has acquired Belfast adjusters Dawson Adair & Partners.
The deal follows the opening of a new Davies office in Aberdeen and finalises plans to expand the group's network of offices in the UK.
The Davies Group's managing partner David Ede said: "This is exactly the kind of acquisition we are aiming for and is excellent news prior to going live with our new CLASS claims system."
CD Adair of Dawson Adair will be retained as managing director in Belfast and will assist in a development role for the Davies Group.
He said: "With [Davies'] new state-of-the-art systems we become part of an advanced UK claims vehicle which appears to be well ahead of the opposition in most areas."
Dawson Adair & Partners recently de-merged itself from Cunningham Lindsey.
