Professional Lines specialist, Dickson Manchester, has acquired Profind Insurance Services.
Under the deal Profind staff will be relocating to Dickson Manchester's office in London.
The insurer hopes the deal willl enable it to secure its position in the UK professional lines market, particularly in the small business sector.
