A court case into deep vein thrombosis (DVT) has been adjourned, after the judge admitted owning shares in British Airways.
The case involves fifty-six people and 28 airlines and has been adjourned until 18 November.
Mr Justice Nelson revealed his interest in the company yesterday. "It then occurred to me, regrettably for the first time since taking on this case, that I had some shares in BA," the judge said.
British Airways is one of the airlines at the centre of the case.
