Motor claims specialist CCC international has renamed its recent acqusisition DW Norris, the UK's largest vehicle inspection service, as CCC inspection services.
It coincides with the introduction of CCC's new software suite, designed to automate and accelerate the entire vehicle inspection process.
It uses complex rules and auditing technologies to provide management by exception – eliminating the inefficiencies and costs associated with traditional inspection methods. And every engineer in CCC's national force is now full equipped with CCC's latest computerised estimating and reporting technology.
CCC International's parent company, CCCIS Inc, has won 60% market share of the US motor insurance claims market with earlier versions of the software.
"CCC's ideal combination of expert staff and market-leading software has enabled us to engineer a quantum leap in motor claims management," said Kieron Bamforth, European Operations Manager at CCC.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
