Alexander Forbes Corporate Risk Solutions (CRS) has announced that it is planning a major expansion into the Irish market.
The announcement follows the appointment of Kieran McHugh in Dublin as the company's managing director for Ireland, and the opening of a new office in Limerick.
McHugh joins Alexander Forbes after 20 years with Marsh in Dublin, most recently as deputy chief executive and managing director, corporate client practice (CCP).
He was also a member of Marsh's European CCP executive committee.
Alexander Forbes has also announced that Shane Bermingham will launch the company's first Limerick office. Bermingham previously spent seven years at Marsh, most recently as business development executive.
