Royal & SunAlliance has appointed Duncan Finch as finance director of UK Personal.
Finch joins UK Personal from the UK Commercial operation where his most recent appointment was financial controller for London Market operations.
R&SA UK chief executive Paul Spencer said: "This appointment will ensure the application in all areas of our personal lines intermediary business of sound financial planning, forecasting and control systems.
"Duncan will also assist business mangers in achieving operational targets and identifying opportunities for investment and profitable growth."
