FirstAssist has selected Phoenix Technology Group to deliver its content and business process management solution.
The solution will be used to upgrade the system for two FirstAssist service centres in Bournemouth and Plymouth.
The new system will replace the legacy system with FirstAssist has rented from Royal & SunAlliance since it engineered a management buy-out from the insurer.
