It is comforting to note that at least there is a consistent approach by all goverment initiated organisations.
I note that the forthcoming FSA conference is to be held at the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane. This is one of London's most prestigious venues with a price tag to match. This is a blatant misuse of members' funds. Is there any need to hold the event at such a costly venue? There are many venues around the London area which would have been entirely appropriate for holding the conference and at substantially reduced rates.
Anyway, why should the FSA care? It is, after all, not its money it is wasting. If funds run short it can always increase our subscriptions.
