The FSA has compiled an online guide for motor traders.

The regulator has designed the guide to give motor retailers information about its rules.

It covers the following issues:

• Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) - the top three things they need to do to help them meet the FSA's requirements when they sell it
• Treating Customers Fairly - what it means for them
• The Retail Mediation Activities Report (RMAR) - a section by section guide to the RMAR especially for them
• A jargon buster.
