Consumer information giant, Experian, claims to have developed a solution that allows complete outsourcing of customer relationship management (CRM).
The solution, called Intravue, is likely to prove a useful strategic tool as the company seeks to gain a foothold in the UK insurance market.
Experian has been promoting an insurer-to-broker system called The Central Site for several months. One of the stumbling blocks for it has been integrating with the back-office systems of software houses, which are wary of Experian being a potential competitor.
Intravue allows companies to outsource their entire CRM back office to a single provider. Experian says the system has been fine-tuned over the past nine months in live operations with several blue-chip, pre-launch clients.
Intravue combines database technology, campaign management and business intelligence software, marketing information and analytical expertise, to offer customers a single-source solution.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
