The Regency GroupInsurance and warranty scheme provider The Regency Group has appointed Jan Boyce as compliance officer.Prior to her role within The Regency Group, Boyce worked for Hill House Hammond, most recently as compliance manager. She also has 18 years' experience with Guardian Insurance, where she worked in finance.
Alexander ForbesAlexander Forbes Corporate Risk Solutions (CRS) has appointed Roger Brown to its UK retail division as managing director.Brown will be based at the Alexander Forbes London office and take primary responsibility for all UK and Ireland CRS retail operations. He has more than 30 years' experience of the retail broking industry. He was previously at Marsh, as managing director of its corporate client practice in the South.

Allianz CornhillJoanna Grant has joined Allianz Cornhill Legal Protection as marketing assistant.This is Grant's first role in marketing after graduating with a BA (Hons) marketing degree. She had a temporary role in Allianz Cornhill's personal lines division before joining Allianz Cornhill Legal Protection.
PMI EuropePMI Mortgage Insurance Company (PMI Europe), a Dublin-based subsidiary of The PMI Group, has appointed Sinead Kiernan as vice president andhead of pricing and structuring. Kiernan joins PMI from Centre Re, where she was vice president and actuary.
Alea GroupAlea Group Holdings has appointed Keith Anderson as senior vice president, corporate marketing and communications.Anderson was previously chief communications officer for Travelers Property Casualty. He began his career at NASA during the Apollo programme and has since held public relations roles at Gulf Oil Corporation and PepsiCo.
XL CapitalXL Capital has made some senior management changes.Paul Giordano is appointed chief executive of the company's financial products and services (FP&S) business. This follows Giordano's appointment as president of XL Financial Solutions earlier this year.Robert Lusardi, current chief executive of the FP&S business, will leave the company at the end of the year. He will work with Giordano until then and will provide continuing advisory services to XL, particularly in the area of strategic investments.

Premium FirstDaire McKinstry has been appointed as marketing support for Premium First. McKinstry's new responsibilities include supporting and deputising for Premium First marketing manager Elaine McKeown.Karen Mew has been app-ointed as account manager for Premium First for the South East and South West regions. Mew previously worked for Close Premium Finance.

CMGLOutsourced claims management provider Claims Man-agement Group Ltd (CMGL) has appointed Frank Dado as European claims manager.Dado will be based in The Hague and will be responsible for CMGL's claims operations in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Dado has 10 years' experience in European claims.

Paul Worsley Paul Worsley has joined MMA as operations manager, based in Reading.Worsley has been in the insurance industry for 25 years, the last 23 with Hill House Hammond (HHH). Most recently, he was responsible for building HHH's Bristol customer contact centre, changing it from a sales-orientated site to become the current contact centre. Worsley said: "I am delighted to have joined MMA, a progressive company whose chosen route to market is intermediary-based. "I have a 'can do' attitude for delivering and exceeding customer expectation and intend to develop this ethos throughout the MMA operations team." Worsley is a keen golfer and invites players to join him in a round.
