Clive Couzens replaces Malcolm Warrington as active underwriter at syndicate 1239. The St Paul John Hemmings is appointed product manager – automotive at St Paul International Insurance.

Daryl Hine is appointed centre manager of RSA's fourth small business service centre, Enterprise.
Hine, based in Hertford, joined the company in 1981 and has previously held the position of south area business development manager.
