Association. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Ian Bullock is promoted to marketing director of Colonnade Insurance Brokers. He joined the company as head of marketing in September, 1998. Bullock began his career at Legal & General before moving to General Accident Life. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1990.

Will Gaskell is appointed manager of fraud solutions at Crawford & Company. He was previously the fraud expert at travel agent Thomas Cook. He also served as a police detective for 24 years and reached the rank of Detective Superintendent.
Kennedy's
Miguel Gallardo is joining Kennedy's. A Spanish advocate, he will work in the firm's Chiswell Street office alongside partner Philip Hartley. The pair will work closely to consolidate the work the firm already does in Spain through its associate firm in Madrid, Arauz de Robles & Velez. Gallardo is also the legal adviser to the commercial office of the Spanish Embassy in London. In addition, he will continue to work for the Spanish rail company Transfera UK.

Deborah Taylor-Young is appointed UK general manager of eQuest One.She previously worked for 12 years at the Corporation of Lloyd's. Taylor-Young will oversee the launch of eQuest One's website into the UK and European markets. The organisation offers training in multi-media and multi-lingual packages to both groups and individuals.
