Two people have joined Brownsword. Darren Graham is appointed south east regional manager at Brownsword. Joanna Chapman is appointed regional manager for Scotland. Graham has 12 years experience of claims management and was previously with Lloyds Motor Syndicate. Chapman was previously with AGF and Independent.

Geoff Turton is appointed ecommerce and marketing manager, personal lines at Allianz Cornhill. In his new position he hopes to advance its ecommerce strategy, which includes the development of special online services for brokers. He was previously business development manager, personal lines, and he was responsible for managing the key account team and personal lines business developers.

Gaynor Nichol, David McGinnigle and Gordon Cameron are appointed trainee account executive. Helen Wilson is appointed corporate independent financial adviser. Ralph Thomson is appointed trainee employee benefits consultant. Claire Forsyth is appointed call centre clerk.

Three people have joined the senior management team at Inspop.com. Mark Garratt is appointed marketing and customer relationship manager. John Lambert is appointed CEO. Tom Gocher is appointed CTO. Garratt was previously customer relationship manager at UK Personal Financial Services Royal SunAlliance. Lambert has 13 years experience at Aventis Pasteur MSD where he held the position of president.

Clyde & Co are an international law firm who specialise in the areas of trade, shipping, insurance and reinsurance, transport, energy, corporate law, finance and technology.

University of Nottingham Business School
Professor Richard MacMinn is appointed to the swiss re chair in the management of risk at the University of Nottingham Business School. He is presently an associate professor of finance and management science and information systems at the University of Texas. He is also an editor of the Journal of Risk and Insurance.

B&CE Benefit Schemes
Tom Delaney is appointed Scottish regional executive of B&CE Benefit Schemes. He was previously membership services manager at The Scottish Builders Federation. He will be responsible for ensuring employers in the construction industry are aware of the range of benefits available to their construction workers from B&CE.
