The Goodfellow Group this week outsourced its IT requirements to Technology Information Distribution (TID) of Braintree and Clarior Technologies of Milton Keynes.

As a result of the deal, Goodfellow's will close its offices in Braintree and seven jobs will be lost.

Together TID and Clarior aim to improve the speed of access to Goodfellow's internal networks. They will also enable staff to log-in from distance and communicate with their colleagues.

Goodfellows staff will also have access to video conferencing facilities.
