Goshawk Insurance Holdings said the release of its results for 2005 has been further delayed.
It had planned to issue its preliminary results by 19 May.
Goshawk said its shares would remain suspended from trading until the company was in a position to report its preliminary results and that the company would update the market as to that date in due course.
