Groupama Insurances has been selected for Abbey National's home insurance panel and will work on the bank's new e-insurance service.

Abbey National's new online quote and buy service will let customers save, retrieve and amend quotes, which have already been tailored to their individual circumstances.

Abbey National insurance marketing head John Grimbaldeston said providing e-insurance was part of Abbey National's determination to grow its insurance business by 40% over the next three years.

Groupama managing director Tim Ablett said the partnership continued Groupama's strategy of developing a broad range of products and services with chosen partners.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
