An equal opportunities guide for small firms has been launched by minister for small firms, Patricia Hewitt.
The leaflet, "Equal Opportunities is Your Business Too", has been prepared with the Equal Opportunities Commission, the Commission for Racial Equality and the National Disability Council.
It advises on keeping work practices legal and is available from the CRE Publications Centre.
