Health solutions provider FirstAssist and FirstHealth Solutions have formed an exclusive partnership for the delivery of sickness absence management services.
The two companies have piloted an employee well-being service over the past few months, said FirstAssist. The service combines FirstAssist's call centre capabilities with FirstHealth Soultions' Collate software.
FirstAssist chief executive Tim Ablett said: “Employee absenteeism costs business an estimated £11.6bn a year.
