Up to 19 staff could be affected under plans by Heath Lambert to transfer part of its Private Client business from London to Norwich.
A spokesman said that the decision to transfer mainly small and mid net worth business to Norwich was made recently after a review of the business.
"[The policies] are more suited to the facilities offered by Heath Lambert in Norwich," the spokesman said.
He said that Heath Lambert's high net worth business would remain in London.
In July 2002, Heath Lambert moved its Private Client division from Woodford to London, and one source said that the changes were due to "overservicing" in London.
A spokesman said that the company is currently consulting with staff about the changes, and declined to comment on possible redundancies.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
