Helphire Group is so keen to fill staff vacancies it is holding a recruitment evening after an advertising campaign.
The company, which provides services to victims of road accidents, is trying to fill 40 vacancies at its head office in Bath and offices in Keynsham, near Bristol.
Chief executive Mark Jackson said: "We announced in our interim results that the number of cases being dealt with had doubled in the first half of this financial year.
"We are happy to announce that this trend has continued, hence our need for the radio campaign followed by the recruitment evening."
