Insurer uses RDT system to support two new lines of business.
Highway Insurance has selected RDT’s Landscape.NET administration tool through the RDT and CGI partnership, to run two new lines of business including household, and hire and reward.
The tool is expected to help reduce policy administration time for the new lines of business.
Terri-Anne McKenna, underwriting development manager for Highway, said: “We were given an extremely demanding go-live date by the business, which was achieved on time and to budget. We are particularly appreciative of the professional support provided by both RDT and CGI in helping to achieve this challenge.”
Highway had a six-month implementation timetable for Landscape.NET across both business lines. The first line went live on 1 September, and the second went live a week later with Highway business teams converting all of the company’s household policies to Landscape.NET.
