Guy Carpenter has appointed Jeremy Goodman as its new chief client and growth officer.

In this newly created global role, Goodman will be responsible for Guy Carpenter’s client engagement strategies and overall growth agenda.

He will also work closely with regional and specialty colleagues to deliver Guy Carpenter’s suite of capabilities to clients.

Goodman joins Guy Carpenter from Aon, where he has held senior executive roles in the US, UK and Asia.

He most recently served as global growth leader and chief broking officer.

In his new role, he will report to Dean Klisura, president and chief executive at Guy Carpenter.

Klisura said: “Goodman has a hard-earned reputation in the global reinsurance community for his deep understanding of client needs, and ability to deliver creative, innovative solutions.

“His experience positions him as a leader who will deliver the full value of Marsh McLennan’s capabilities to Guy Carpenter’s clients across the globe.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
