‘Her extensive experience driving service, proposition development and broker experience will be critical to the successful launch of new eTrade products,’ says managing director

RSA has appointed Becky Henry as the new vice president of eTrade for its UK commercial lines business.

An experienced industry professional, Henry has spent the previous 26 years of her career at RSA, including most recently serving as commercial lines trading and operations director.

She will commence her new role immediately.

Henry will have full responsibility for all SME electronically traded products and propositions and will report directly to managing director of commercial lines, Tovah Grosscurth.

Considerable investment

RSA was acquired by Intact Financial Corporation in 2021 and is currently in the process of rebranding and changing its name to Intact Insurance, a move the firm has confirmed will happen before the end of 2025.

Grosscurth said: “We’ve invested considerably in our eTrade capability and we see this as a key growth area in the future as we transition to Intact Insurance later in the year.

“Henry’s extensive experience driving service, proposition development and broker experience will be critical to the successful launch of new eTrade products and our drive to become the best commercial lines insurer in the UK.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
