Crawford and Company has appointed Simon Jeffery as its new head of client services for international operations.
Based in London, Jeffery will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships at both the executive and c-suite level.
He will also support client service initiatives, strengthen cross-market collaboration and drive innovation.
He will report directly to Wayne Manning, international chief client officer, and will be based in London.

Jeffery brings experience in client relationship management and strategic client development across international markets to the role.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
