Higos has purchased Berkshire-based motor broker Sharp Insurance.
The acquisition will add £750,000 to Higos's total motor premiums. Sharp specialises in insurance for young drivers.
Ian Gosden, Higos's managing director, commented: “With Sharp's proprietors emigrating this was an excellent opportunity for us to continue our growth strategy and to create further career possibilities within the company”.
Higos is planning more acquisitions in the New Year.
