Icl has invested £45m in partnership with Peregrine Systems, Quintus and Computer Associates International to expand its online support services.
The investment will enhance ICL's capacity in enterprise management, self-service, and interactive end-user support.
The programme will be rolled out to centres across Europe including, Manchester and Stevenage.
