Insure-com said in the technology sector it would launch a service desk management application which would link to a ‘learning' knowledge management platform.

In its training division there are plans to create a “professional curriculum design company” which would establish a series of training courses to enhance the output of brokerage staff.

A virtual classroom product will also be launched. The software will deliver training courses that will run to a standard timetable of class times.

There will be a two-day advanced administrator course for staff at classroom facilities in Brighton.

Internal teams will undergo a series of expansions.

“Some” staff will be relocated from the training segmentation into the deployment and implementation team. In this department personnel will increase by 100%.

Future development will be accelerated with the business development team which will increase 200% within the next four months. A shift in department emphasis is also planned with more concentration on broker and user-group interaction and input.
