The Institute of Risk Management (IRM) has said that Ian McNeil will serve a second year as chairman.
IRM has also elected Paul Goulding and Mike Walker as deputy chairmen.
Three new directors have joined the board of the IRM: Joachim Adenusi, Sheila Boyce and Mike Ocock.
