Aon's Alex Hindson will promote ERM qualifications
Aon’s Alex Hindson has been elected board director at the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), an international provider of enterprise risk management (ERM) education and qualifications.
Alex will promote the benefits of achieving educational qualifications for ERM and aim to attract more international students and members. This will involve bedding in the new Diploma course and enhancing student support with blogs and workshop webinars for those outside the UK.
An examiner for the Module 5 Risk Solutions, Alex has already shown commitment to helping develop and launch the new International Diploma in Risk Management.
Alex, who is also head of enterprise risk management at Aon, said: “Becoming a board director has given me the opportunity to help drive strategy for the IRM course. I’ll also be encouraging colleagues at Aon and beyond to study for a professional risk management qualification to boost both their client offering and their careers.”
