Broker systems provider, Open G I, has launched a new Enhanced Support Service for brokers who wish to outsource the administration of their IT system.

The service is a secure partnership whereby Open G I provides upgrades, diagnostics and support remotely from its headquarters in Worcester, the company said.

It added that brokers who implement the service will have access to allocated Open G I support staff, who in addition to answering technical queries, perform daily monitoring of critical system processes.

Helen Barker, Operations Director, Open G I, said: “With our Enhanced Support Service brokers can get on with the primary task of servicing clients while Open G I consultants interrogate the system behind the scenes, proactively rather than reactively.”

One of the first brokers to go live with the new service is McMorrow Murphy Insurance (MCM) based in Chorlton, Manchester with further branches in Birmingham and Ireland.
