The bodyshop and insurance division of Glass's Information Services has launched a new integrated repair and motor engineering solution for insurance companies.

Called Glassworks, the product integrates all of Glass's insurance-related services.

These include digital imaging, internet salvage disposal, web-based parts ordering and management information.

Commercial director of Glass's bodyshop and insurance division, Gordon Reid, said about the new product: “With Glassworks, we have a range of services that are completely integrated to refine and speed up transactions at every level of the motor claims supply chain.”

The website will be available to bodyshops, insurance companies and loss assessors.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
