Corporate information management services provider Williams Lea has combined its equity research production operations with Chris Fowler International (CFI), in a move that it anticipates will bring a combined revenue of £15m.
Williams Lea will retain a shareholding in CFI, which will be run by CFI chairman Mervyn Greene. CFI will move its operations from Islington to the Williams Lea base at Tower Bridge.
The move is Williams Lea's final exit from conventional print manufacturing.
