Jubilee continues expansion

Jubilee Managing Agency has appointed David Balmer as business development manager.

Balmer is responsible for the continued development of Jubilee’s market presence and its expansion of business across all of its business lines. His role will span Jubilee’s motor and global property classes and Cassidy Davis’s personal lines, and Life Syndicate businesses.

Balmer previously work at Assurant Solutions where he was head of client relationship management.
