Russell Byrne’s responsibilities to be assumed by commercial director Stuart Welch
Legal & General’s general insurance pricing and underwriting director Russell Byrne has resigned, Insurance Times can reveal
Byrne is currently working out his notice period.
His responsibilities will be assumed by insurance commercial director Stuart Welch. A spokesman for L&G said the two are working together closely to ensure smooth handover.
The news comes as L&G faces a strike over its decision to move out of its Kingswood site.
