Lloyd's motor insurance syndicate Zenith has recently been awarded the Investors In People award.
Zenith says that its strong commitment to the training and development of its staff, together with its recognition that all employees are crucial to the company's success, have combined to help it win the award.
Managing director John O'Shea commented: "It is a credit to everyone at Zenith that we were granted the award at the first attempt. If we continue with the same commitment as we have already shown, we will be able to make even greater progress across those areas that require development."
The motor division employs 160 staff at its Haywards Heath offices.
