Liability Expert will cover public, employer and product liability and product recall
Lorega has launched a new loss adjusting service to cover public, employer and product liability and product recall.
The new product, Liability Expert, will provide legal advice and explain how this will affect a claim under the client’s insurance policy.
The service will also look at ways to recover the costs incurred as a result of an incident and review risk management and working practices to reduce the possibility of a similar incident recurring.
