The owners of this house in Shoreham were fortunately out and about this week when a light aircraft dropped out of the sky and crashed into their roof.
The undercarriage and a wheel were left lying on the roof. The pilot escaped with minor injuries.
Loss adjusters GAB Robins have been called in to investigate the incident on behalf of Allianz Cornhill and Abbey National.
