Esteem Computers has won the contract to supply a web-based document management system to the Lloyd's syndicate DP Mann (435).
Esteem will integrate the solution with Microsoft Office and other line of business applications to generate an environment where all documentation can be published on DP Mann's intranet.
The system is designed entirely for the web environment.
It provides rapid web publication facilities and secure access for structured and unstructured business data such as correspondence, contracts, management reports, regulatory documentation and multi-media documents that include audio and video.
It includes easy to use workflow modules that enables forms to be originated, passed to the appropriate resources and then added to the web-based document set.
Facilities for version control and print management, such as watermarking, support all forms of document origination.
