Loss assessor Harris Claims Group is under new ownership after a successful management buy-out was put together.
The management team consists of Steve Allso, Stewart Dymant, Alan Harris, Paul Lawrence and Jonathan Samuelson.
They have acquired the entire issued share capital of Harris Claims Group from Anthony Harris, whose family had run the business since its formation in 1865.
Paul Lawrence said: “We are all excited by the prospect of taking the business forward into the future. We have significant plans to develop the company and we are all looking forward to that prospect.”
