Microsoft EMEA Financial Services has appointed Gordon Ejsmond-Frey as Insurance specialist.
He will have responsibility for defining Microsoft's strategy for the insurance industry across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ejsmond-Frey joins Microsoft from Misys where he had responsibility for wireless and internet based solutions. He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, said Microsoft EMEA.
