Repairs management systems provider Audatex has developed two new management applications, which it claims will further drive down motor claims costs.

The first, AIDA (Audatex Integrated Dialogue Application), enables insurers, repairers and loss assessors to swap data. The system is meant to improve accessibility and consistency in information, leading to faster decision-making.

The second is AudaAudit, a claims management package that enables insurers to audit assessments from repairers. The system is designed to verify labour rates within pre-set limits and flag up components that fail to meet pre-set cost criteria.
