Standard & Poor's (S&P) said the ratings and outlook for Munich Re were unchanged following the company's second quarter results.
Munich Re currently has an A+ rating with a stable outlook, said S&P.
“Performance, both overall and by segment, is generally in line with Standard & Poor's expectations, including the expectation that the non-life reinsurance and primary insurance combined ratios should be well below 100%,” said the ratings agency.
